EARA free events

EARA will hold a series of free online science communication events across Europe, over the next month, to discuss openness and transparency in animal research.

The Improving Openness in Animal Research webinars, supported by the FENS and SfN, will focus on why scientists, researchers, press officers and other stakeholders should talk openly about animal research, and feature experts in research and communication from each country.

On 23 November, in Greece in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, researchers and science communicators from the Hellenic Society for Neuroscience, NCSR Demokritos and Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens will share their experiences.

While on 4 December, in Hungary, the event will be hosted by the University of Pécs, and feature speakers from the fields of research and animal welfare from Pázmány Péter Catholic University and Semmelweis University.
